are general hotel policies. As they may vary per room type; please

Check-In

Cancellation
If
cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be
charged.
If
cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be
charged.
Children and extra beds
One
child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One
child from 6 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night
and person when using existing bedding.
All
older children or adults are charged USD 6.00 per night and person for
extra beds.
Maximum
capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Extra
beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the
hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs
and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Pets
Pets are
not allowed.
Accepted credit cards
The
hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to
arrival.
